Lucy Mary Bradley, the younger sister of my great grandfather Everard Gilbert Bradley, was born in 1864 in Dunstall in Staffordshire, the village where her father Gilbert was vicar.

She married Thomas Venables Alcock at the church of St Edmund King & Martyr in Dudley in Worcestershire in 1895. In 1895/96 they emigrated to the USA settling in Massachusetts. They had four children.
